Bright and clean common areas to unwind.
I faced challenges with my early check-in request. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inconsistently communicated about room readiness. The kitchen setup was frustrating with limited utensils for cooking.

Coffee, tea, toast, butter, and cereals in the lounge area for breakfast. Nice building, absolutely perfect location near to the bus station, Bus terminal and local market, and Mexiko. For tea or coffee visit Pasteleria Italiana nearby...

Nice hotel located near to the main busstation, Mexiko, and Close to bus station. Perfectly clean and air-conditioned room in good condition, affable staff. Nice pool, parking nearby. Magnificent particularly good location, by the taxis that are outside the ADO.

I arrived early from a long flight and hoped to check-in before the standard 1 PM time. Although I emailed the request, I received no response. The staff mentioned they needed more time to clean the room. I did offer to pay for early check-in but it didn't seem to change much. I was told multiple times that my room wasn't ready, yet another guest was allowed in before me. The room I stayed in was the 4-Bed Female Dormitory Room. I appreciated the fantastic location, just a short stroll from the ADO bus terminal. The breakfast included was simple but decent, and the swimming pool area was clean and refreshing. The dorm was cozy with privacy curtains and a reading lamp. It could benefit from a better refrigeration setup in the kitchen since only one small fridge was available for all guests. The kitchen lacked enough utensils, challenging to prepare meals. Despite my initial check-in issues, I had a late checkout for free, a nice surprise towards the end of my stay.

I booked it many times and recommend. Greatly enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Booked a room with bathroom. The best thing was how helpful the staff were.

Early check-in process felt disorganized!!! It seemed unfair that others were allowed to check in ahead of me, while I waited. Kitchen utensils were sorely lacking!!! If you're planning to cook, come equipped with your own tools.

I really enjoyed the free breakfast each morning with plenty of cereals and toasts to start my day right. The cozy common area and clean swimming pool were perfect spots to relax after a busy day of exploring. Just a heads up, the kitchen could use a few more utensils, but it didn't ruin my great experience! 😊
